Can I host a private event at The Golf Crypt?

Looking for a unique space for your private event? We can host your gathering whether it’s a birthday party, a company team building event, or holiday party. Note that each location varies in what size groups it can host. What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. As outdoor golf clubs do, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

No problem! The Trackman 4 simulator accommodates both right handed and left handed golfers. No adjustments are needed.

We are open 24/7. Members will have smart security access to enter The Golf Crypt.

Can I bring kids with me?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that children who aren't actively participating stay at home. This ensures everyone can focus on their game and have a great experience. Children under the age of 16 must be with an adult.

Do you offer food and beverages?

We do not offer food and beverages, however you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages into our space – or have them delivered! We have a beverage fridge stocked with water. Feel free to bring your beverage of choice and keep it chilled in our fridge.

How long does it take to play a round of golf?

One golfer can complete a round of golf in about 1 hour.

What courses can I play?

TrackMan offers play at some of the top courses in the world, including Pebble Beach and St. Andrews. For a complete list of the almost 500 courses available, visit the TrackMan website here .

Do I need golf shoes?

Just come prepared to swing some clubs! Golf attire is not required. Spikeless or soft-spike golf shoes are great, but you can also wear sneakers or other supportive, rubber-soled shoes. We only ask that you not wear traditional golf spikes. Slippery-soled shoes (e.g. loafers or other dress shoes) are not recommended.

Can I bring my own golf balls?

The Golf Crypt supplies Titleist ProV1 and ProV1X RCT golf balls. These balls were developed by Titleist and Trackman to provide the most accurate data on the indoor Trackman experience. Members are welcome to use their own golf balls but we ask that you use undamaged balls to minimize wear and tear on our screen.
